Terry-Lynne Goodman has devoted more than 30 years to global missions, preaching and teaching in over 25 countries through conferences, Bible colleges, churches, and leadership forums. Raised in a missionary-pastor’s home in Canada, she embraced her faith early and sensed a call to full-time ministry at age 16—a calling she has faithfully pursued ever since.
In 2020, Terry-Lynne joined Favor International through a series of divine promptings that led her to relocate full-time to Africa. She has since served in both Uganda and South Sudan, working closely with Favor’s founder, Carole Ward, and leading mission operations across both nations.
Now serving as Africa Country Director, Terry-Lynne oversees Favor’s mission bases and collaborates with over 1,200 indigenous missionaries. Her leadership has supported the expansion of Favor’s vision into 14+ African nations, with a deep passion for equipping local leaders to bring the Gospel to unreached communities in Northern Africa.
Terry-Lynne holds a Master’s in Theology and brings decades of pastoral experience, board service, and strategic oversight to her role. Her servant-hearted leadership and unwavering commitment to God’s call continue to shape lives and multiply impact across the continent.
