Hope Through the Night

For many, hearing Favor FM radio is how they came to know Jesus. For many others and some of the same, listening to our radio programs has become a lifeline through hard times.

Awor Dorrine gives glory to God for how her life has been transformed through the testimonies that people share on Favor FM. She testified that she used to fear the devil but now she has become spiritually strong and no longer fears him. She says she has discovered the secret of defeating the devil.

"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me" (Psalm 23:4).

Mama Lakota Betty's husband was a soldier. One day he left their house to attend his duties and never came back. Presumed dead, Mama Betty became the widowed mother of their 14 children.

Mama Betty struggled with much difficulty to support her family. At one point with the build-up of trauma, she wanted to commit suicide. But as she listened to the teachings on Favor FM radio, she grew much encouraged and strengthened herself in the Lord. She testified to us that Favor radio is what saved her and that she has learned to trust in God day by day.

"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love" (1 Corinthians 13:13).

Faith, hope, and love are powerful tools for thwarting the devil in his schemes to focus people's hearts on the shadow of death. So we equip our listeners with all three.

For Mama Ajulino Okello, Favor FM's "Hope Through the Night" radio program is what helped her through her most recent season of darkness. She shared with us that when she had eye problems that would require an operation to fix and no money to proceed, listening to our radio program encouraged her to seek God more and more.

And as she turned to God and trusted in Him, God sent a distant friend at just the right time who helped her pay for the operation! Praise be to God!
