As National Vice President of Programs at FreedomWorks, Stephanie brought multiple departments under a unified vision, streamlining processes and enhancing cross-team collaboration. Her servant-leadership approach—a model drawn from her Christian faith—prioritizes the building up of others, encouraging teamwork, and creating an atmosphere where each person can use their God-given gifts and talents to create value for others. Under her guidance, operational efficiency improved significantly and program delivery reached new heights of impact.
Stephanie joined Favor International in August of 2024, bringing her vast leadership experience to optimize organizational efficiency and build teams of operational excellence.
