Marketing Manager
Job Description
Overview
The Marketing Manager is the central point of execution for all major communications and fundraising efforts coming from the U.S. office. You will oversee multiple team members, manage creative production, and own timelines and deliverables for all campaigns. You will work closely with our Executive Director of U.S. Operations and collaborate with a remote digital consultant who handles paid media, email automation, and acquisition funnels.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, high-trust environment, communicates clearly, and can balance both creative and operational responsibilities. You don’t need to be a digital marketing expert—but you need to understand the landscape and speak the language. Your team will rely on you for direction, clarity, and structure.
This is an ON-SITE position in our Brandon, FL offices, from 8:00-4:30, Monday through Friday.
