Job Description
Overview
Favor International is seeking a highly capable, mission-minded Executive Personal Assistant to serve the Founder and President of Favor International and the Country Director in Uganda. This role is central to enabling the effective leadership of a fast-paced, faith-driven ministry that operates across continents. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, highly organized, and spiritually aligned with the vision of transforming nations through discipleship, prayer, and Gospel-centered development.
This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates in both the U.S. and Africa. It requires the ability to manage complex schedules, handle sensitive communication, and provide executive-level administrative support in a high-trust, high-mission environment.
Responsibilities
Executive Support & Scheduling
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and communications across time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for the Founder and ministry teams
- Accompany and support the Founder during the annual U.S. ministry tour (October–December), including travel, lodging, and event logistics
- Submit timely reports and updates to the Favor U.S. office regarding the Founder’s schedule and activities
Communications & Writing
- Draft, edit, and manage executive-level emails and other correspondence
- Prepare and write clear, professional reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Represent Favor International professionally at public events, conferences, and meetings
- Communicate the vision and mission of Favor with confidence to potential partners and donors
Logistics & Coordination
- Organize missionary team trips and coordinate with field teams for on-the-ground logistics
- Book travel and accommodations for staff and guests
- Liaise with government and customs officials as needed for supply shipments and in-country arrangements
- Oversee the shipment and delivery of supplies for ministry activities
Administrative Management
- Perform accurate data entry, including into the Blackbaud donor database
- Maintain organized records of travel, correspondence, and appointments
- Coordinate with the Florida home office to align schedules, events, and reporting
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Team & Ministry Integration
- Attend weekly prayer and devotional meetings and other required team gatherings
- Be available during standard business hours (Monday–Friday) with flexibility for some nights and weekends to accommodate events or international communication
- Work collaboratively with Favor’s leadership across Uganda and the U.S.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive-level assistance, administration, or ministry support
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with donor databases (preferably Blackbaud)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (if U.S.-based) and domestically as needed
- Experience in cross-cultural environments preferred
- Commitment to the mission, values, and Statement of Faith of Favor International

Compensation
Compensation will be fairly based on experience. Compensation may increase as the organization grows.
