Hope, Welfare, and Peace

“For I know the thoughts and the plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome. Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you. Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you from captivity and gather you ..‼️ Jeremiah 29:11-14

June 10th of 2020 is the day of salvation for more than 52 young women who were known as senior prostitutes in layibi division, Lucan quitee area. The words written by the prophet Jeremiah spoke deeply to each of their hearts and without fear of giving up their sole source of survival, that of selling their bodies to sustain their impoverished lifestyle, these young women tearfully choose to step into the arms of their new Shepherd and surrender themselves into his care and choice for their future lives. What a beautiful story of truth, trust and courage on both sides, the indigenous evangelists who brought this message and our new sister’s in Christ. We all have the boldness of Jesus Christ within our hearts, let’s dare to respond to his gentle leading just as these ministers and young women did because He has plans for us too!

A Word from Favor

“When penitent, pleading, prevailing, persevering, persistent prayer takes priority and preeminence over pride, people pleasing, programs, preconceived ideas, problems, pulpits, and performances, then and only then…will My presence and power permeate this planet once again!!”
