Dream Campus for the Leadership Training Institute

One of our chief goals in our work in Uganda and South Sudan is to raise up leaders who can transform their nations for the glory of God! One of the ways that we do this is through our Leadership Training Institute! We currently operate this program out of other ministry buildings….but our long term vision is that as this program expands and more students come to be trained, that we will have an LTI Campus where many men and women of northern Uganda can be trained together and sent out into the world!

“Moreover, look for able men from all the people, men who fear God, who are trustworthy and hate a bribe, and place such men over the people as chiefs of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties, and of tens" (Exodus 18:21).

The ministry in the year 2016 established a Leadership Training Institute (LTI) with the main vision of raising strong Christian leaders and since then, about 75 of our staff got enrolled into the institute to get training in Biblical leadership style – The areas of focus are on family strengthening and building authentic spiritual leadership;

Over the years, we have supported staff with tuition fees especially at the university levels in line with their current job positions. A number of our own team have benefited from this programs through offerings that the ministry gives to the individual staff who aspires to further their studies for work performance improvement purposes. Through this, we have witnessed our team grow into various professionals such as in accountancy/CPA, Media management, project management and leadership among others.
